It started with an accident early this morning. The the cleanup lasted until sometime in the 8:00am hour. Then there were all the backups. Ugh. All I can do is plead for people to drive more safely!
So today I mentioned Pet-toos. You are thinking what's a "Pet-too"? It's a Tattoo for your pet. Seriously. Just when you think crazy pet trends can't get any crazier ... now pet owners are further humiliating their 4-legged friends by giving them temporary tattoos. This is achieved by cutting and dyeing the fur to resemble ink. According to this article inJezebel.com. But I also found a site that show pet temporary tattoos. At least the latter is for a good cause, which is benefit abused animals.
Incidentally, I have a friend who is a tattoo artist and he tattooed his dog a few years ago. See that pics of "Hot Rod" here.
School Daze start NEXT WEEK AHHHH!!! Where did the summer go? If you haven't gotten your school shopping done, here are some tips to save yourself some cash on all the stuff your kids need. I found this on U.S. News & World Report.
Ways to Save on School Supplies
Shop online for bulk items – If you have a large family, get basic supplies like pens, pencils and notebooks in bulk from sites like Amazon.com or even warehouse clubs like Sam’s Club and Costco.
Ask for the student discount – When you’re buying big-ticket items like laptops and e-book readers, ask the store if there any student discounts or rebates available.
Check eBay – Another place to find big-ticket items at a discount is an online auction site like eBay.
