Did you resolve to Lose Weight in the new year? Of course it's one of the biggest resolutions. It's easy to guess weight loss and quitting smoking as the two big New Year's Resolutions each year. Here's a list of the Top 10 New Year's Resolutions...there were a few on there that I liked, but was surprised to see (see #10--I like it!)
