I thought I would post about the new Muppets movie today. I saw it in theaters back in November and bought it on dvd this week. Great family movie, great movie overall. I decided I would recommend it on our website because now a days, most movies I honestly cannot recommend, but The Muppets was done very well.
Much of the credit should go to actor Jason Segel, who pushed to have this movie made for years. The movie itself is hilarious. I am a big fan of comedies and I honestly think The Muppets was the funniest movie of 2011. The best part: It is CLEAN. With all of the movies out now, you would think that the only way to be funny is to be dirty. The Muppets proved that is not true.
I watched many shows as a kid, but I never watched The Muppets. I never got into them for some reason. That shows how good it is as it impressed someone who did not even know much about The Muppets.
The film also has great musical numbers, a big heart and an easy to understand story for kids. If you have not seen it yet, make sure you check it out!
