 Hi I'm Danielle Hedges.  I am a born and raised local girl. After high school, I went to Tennessee where I went to college and met my husband.  After a few years away, I missed my family and my beloved West Virginia so I came back home.  I am a mom to Kacey, Karee and Kaden, they keep me pretty busy. After taking a year away from being on the Mid-day show, I am so glad to be back with you every weekday from 9a-2p.

Oh How I Miss Snow!

You might have heard me on the radio go on and on about snow.  I love it! I have so many good memories of snow days, plus it makes everything look so beautiful.  I am under the belief  that if it is winter and you live here in WV then it should snow.
I can tell that the no snow days off from school is taking a toll on my daughter. She is starting to get a little Spring fever.

I loved it when we had all that snow 2 years ago. It was amazing and the best part of all it makes everyone stay home. Admit it you like it once in awhile when you can just stay home, eat some good ol' veggie beef soup and watch t.v..
Snow days also make us slow down. From driving to running errands it takes our busy lives and slows us down. 

So are we going to have any more snow this year?  I hope so! (Sorry you snow haters...you've had a good winter so far!)
