If today was 8-8-08, I'd say I have an excuse to eat!  Hey now!   



Now that I got that little bit of cheese out...here are some things that I discussed on the morning show today.

Jerry Seinfeld is always funny in my book. He's been looking for something to keep himself busy and his name "out there". This is his new project. It's called "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee".  He gets together with other comedians and they go someplace and get  coffee while commenting on life. It's a show about nothing.  Hilarious! At Pilates Proworks in New York, moms are dropping the pregnancy pounds by swapping dumbbells for newborns. The fitness center's "Mommy and Me" classes encourage parents to use their little bundles of joy to lose weight and add muscle. Moms move through 40 different positions during an hour session, lunging as they extend their babies forward and squatting as they hold them close. A session reportedly burns 300 calories or more.
