Avengers Assemble! The movie people have been waiting years for is finally here and it was worth the wait! The Avengers came out on Friday and made over $80 million in one day! That is not shocking since so many people have been waiting to see it and the reviews have been so good for it. Want to know why the reviews are so good? The movie is fantastic!
I thought it would be hard to combine so many super heroes into one movie, including: Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, The Incredible Hulk, Hawkeye and Black Widow, but the movie pulls it off. Even more important, the movie needs a good villain. And Tom Hiddleston delivers as the evil brother of Thor, Loki. The movie has the basic story of the bad guys want to take over/destroy the world and the heroes have to stop it, but it is done in a very cool way. Also a big part of the story is how all of the heroes can work together since they are used to doing things solo. Remember all the Marvel movies that led up to The Avengers:
Iron-Man (2008), The Incredible Hulk (2008), Iron-Man 2 (2010), Thor (2011) and Captain America (2011), so it had some pretty high expectations. Luckily it delivered!
The Avengers is a great film, so make sure you go see it! Bring the family too as it is for all ages.
